On-ramp | 初階課程

NT$12,000 - 5 Sessions | 5 堂

Mandatory for beginners.
1-on-1 instruction on fundamental movements & safety.
*Athletes may be required to take more than 5 sessions based on the coach’s evaluation of movement.

針對首次接觸 CrossFit 的學員設計。
透過一對一的專屬指導,教練將從最基本的動作模式與發力觀念教起,無痛銜接未來的團體課程。
*教練會依據個人運動表現情況評估是否需要加上5堂以外的課程。

 

 

COACHING 個人課程

 

Personal Training | 一對一訓練

NT$27,000 - 10 Sessions| 十堂

A more intimate version of Individual Design where the coach is present at all times to guide the athlete through their workout. Lifestyle and programming for specific health and fitness is still the goal.

相較於個人化訓練,一對一訓練是與教練互動更為密切的訓練模式,教練會在現場進行指導,鞭策學員往個人健康以及強健目標邁進。

Individual Design | 個人化訓練

NT$12,000 - Monthly | 每月

Individualized lifestyle coaching and programming for your specific health and fitness goals by your coach. Athletes meet once per month with their coach to adjust prescriptions.

根據你的個人生活習慣以及目標擬定個人化教學以及訓練課表。每月會跟教練面談一次進行訓練的規劃與調整。
