Join Taipei’s premier bilingual fitness community. Our 60 minute group classes are more than just a workout. They are a comprehensive training system. We don’t just copy and paste programs. Every cycle is deliberately designed with scientific progression to build you up step by step. Whether you are an elite athlete or a complete beginner, we scale the intensity to match your level perfectly. We believe in Training with Intent, not just sweating.

Why is On-Ramp Mandatory?

At Bakesi, we prioritize Safety and Movement Quality above all. Before joining our high energy group classes, beginners must complete our 1 on 1 On-Ramp Course. This allows our coaches to catch every detail, ensuring you master proper mechanics from the ground up. It’s about building your confidence for a seamless transition into our group training.
