On-ramp | 初階課程

5 sessions of 1:1. Go through foundational movements, methodology, build up individual capacity and maximize the quality and safety during group classes.
*Completing On-ramp is required to take group classes. Athletes may be required to take more than 5 sessions based on the coach’s evaluation of movement.

5堂一對課程。介紹基礎動作、訓練方式,提升個人運動能力以提高未來團體課程的品質與安全性。
*須上完初階課程方可參與團體課程。教練會根據個人運動表現情況評估是否需要加上5堂以外的課程。

Personal Training | 一對一訓練

A more intimate version of Individual Design where the coach is present at all times to guide the athlete through their workout. Lifestyle and programming for specific health and fitness is still the goal.

相較於個人化訓練,一對一訓練是與教練互動更為密切的訓練模式,教練會在現場進行指導,鞭策學員往個人健康以及強健目標邁進。

Individual Design | 個人化訓練

Individualized lifestyle coaching and programming for your specific health and fitness goals by your coach. Athletes meet once per month with their coach to adjust prescriptions.

根據你的個人生活習慣以及目標擬定個人化教學以及訓練課表。每月會跟教練面談一次進行訓練的規劃與調整。

Weekly Pass | 單/雙週團體課程

1-week/2-week unlimited group classes, ideal for folks who are here on slightly extended trips.

單週/雙週團課不限次數。適合來台灣短期旅遊/出差的朋友。
